Est. April 2007, we are a new company in East Texas producing 1^st rate BBQ Cookers. The company may be new, but we know BBQ Cookers! SmokeWagon Cookers is the collective effort of local Peace Officers, Greg Stout and Tracy Rosson, having a combination of 20 plus years of experience in welding, fabrication and backyard cooking. We are creating our line of quality, handcrafted cookers. We have two models available now, the Backyard Cooker with 16”X32” cooking area with 16” firebox and the Magnum Backyard Cooker with 22”X48” cooking area and 22” firebox, with others in the plans. THEY ARE EASY TO COOK WITH COOKERS!
Because they are heavy cookers, they hold stable cooking temperatures longer, using less wood.  All our cookers have firebox deflectors built in giving you the ability to use the entire cooking rack and the flat top of the firebox is perfect for cooking a pot of beans, stew or your favorite Dutch Oven Cobbler.
